The Galvanic Shards Gemling Legionnaire build for endgame features a one-button playstyle by spamming Galvanic Shards to easily clear mobs and take on high tier endgame content. This build also focuses on stacking Attributes to further boost their damage, attack speed, and survivability.

Focus on getting a Gemini Crossbow since this allows you to load an additional Bolt for your Galvanic Shards. The rest of your modifiers should be stacking more Physical and Lightning damage, as well as getting higher tiers to Levels of All Projectile Skills and further scale up your main skill.
The most important uniques to use here would be the Constricting Command and Hand of Wisdom and Action as this gives benefit to your Surrounded passive tree nodes and scale your damage and attack speed respectively. Lastly, make sure to equip the Astramentis unique amulet since this provides a huge Attribute boost which most of your damage scales off from.

Your runes should make use of the Thane Leld's Rune of Spring to add more flat Lightning damage on your weapon. Slot in a Greater Desert Rune on your Gloves and Boots, and put a Greater Storm Rune and Greater Glacial Rune on your Helm and Gloves respectively to help you reach the 75% Resistance cap.
Try to equip three Greater Iron Runes on your Body Armor so you can benefit from the increased Evasion rating.

The Ingenuity unique belt fits perfectly for this build due to the bonus stats it provides for both of your rings. Otherwise, you can use a regular belt or the Headhunter unique belt as this gives great stat bonuses and rare monster modifiers.
As for your Charms, we recommend equipping the Thawing Charm and Antidote Charm for dealing with Freeze and Poison ailments that can potentially kill you. Slot in the Sanguis Heroum unique charm to enable Consecrated Ground for better survivability throughout high tier maps.

Your main skill would be spamming Galvanic Shards for clearing maps since this deal huge burst damage that can cover a wide range. Shockburst Rounds will be used for dealing with Bosses since this provides high single-target damage, especially against Shocked enemies. Furthermore, you will have to use Voltaic Mark with Stormcaller Arrow for consistent Shock procs, and Mortar Cannon to build up Electrocute and stun your enemies for huge openings.
As for your Persistent skills, prioritize getting Herald of Thunder so you can proc Lightning Bolts for more lightning damage. Wind Dancer will be your failsafe to help increase your evasion and apply a knockback in tight situations.
Do note that your Crossbow Shot is mainly used for balancing your support gems between Strength, Dexterity, and Intelligence and is not required to be used in your skill rotation.

Your Ascendancy passive nodes as a Gemling Legionnaire should prioritize taking the Motoric Implants as early as you can since you will be stacking a lot of Attributes that can completely benefit from this ascendancy node. Once you have all your Red support gems equipped, Integrated Efficiency should give you a huge damage boost with an additional 20% Damage per socketed Red support gem.
Since we are using the Constricting Command unique helm, we will be making use of the Surrounding passive nodes such as Thrill of Battle and Frantic Fighter to consistently give you damage, survivability, and movement speed. Make sure to take the Walker of the Wilds keystone passive to enable mana leech with all your skills. The rest of your notable passive nodes should focus on gaining damage, attack speed, and evasion as you progress through the passive tree.

For your first jewel slot, put in the Time-Lost Emerald to gain more Lightning damage, attack speed, and evasion rating based on the nearby small and notable passives. On the far left side of your Passive Tree, slot in the Heart of the Well unique jewel for that extra Lightning damage and survivability with recover max life on kill.
Make sure your Controlled Metamorphosis has a Medium Ring modifier and place it on the jewel slot near Flash Storm so you can allocate Run and Gun, Spray and Pray and the Cunning Fox notable passives without spending too much points to reach it. Next, the jewel slot above the Falcon Dive notable passive can be either a Megalomaniac Diamond or Emerald jewel with Lightning damage depending on your currencies and preference.
Lastly, slot in the Heroic Tragedy unique jewel right next to the Walker of the Wilds keystone passive so you can allocate Stupefy to maximize your damage output.
For mobbing and clearing maps, all you need to do is spam your Galvanic Shards to wipe out packs and fast clear high tier maps. The rotation is as follows:
Against difficult Bosses, your focus will be procing Shock with Stormcaller Arrow and spamming Shockburst Rounds for high single-target DPS. The rotation is as follows:

Mirage Archer While active, dodge rolling will create a Mirage that uses socketed ranged Attacks for a short duration, then vanish. Stormcaller Arrow Fires an arrow that embeds where it lands for a short duration. At the end of the duration, a Lightning bolt strikes the arrow, disintegrating it and damaging enemies with a high chance to Shock.
