Unlock the Atlas Endgame and Find Realmgates

Path of Exile 2 (PoE 2) Realmgate

Finish all 3 Acts in Cruel difficulty to reach the Atlas of Worlds. Access the Map Device to view the Atlas map and find the Realmgate. If you cannot find the Realmgate, progress through the never-ending Atlas map in the hopes of finding one!

How to Enter Realmgates

Insert Breachstones, Simulacrums, or An Audience with the King Items

Realmgate Items Description
Breachstones Travel to the Twisted Domain by using this item at the Realm Gate. Can only be used once.
Simulacrum Open a Delirium Portal by using this item at the Realm Gate. Can only be used once.
An Audience with the King Travel to the Crux of Nothingness by using this item at the Realm Gate. Can only be used once.

These items can be slotted in the Realmgate via the Map Device to access a designated location.

What are Realmgates?

Travels to Other Realms for the Pinnacle Boss

By inserting one of the required items, you'll be able to travel to a different realm and do the related map event. For example, Breachstones will have a Breach event upon entering the Realmgate.

Here, you'll also be able to face the Pinnacle Boss of the event.
