Wait for the Server Maintenance Update

The Operation Time Out error usually occurs when there is an ongoing server maintenance update, and to fix it is to simply wait for the server update to finish.

Note that this error commonly occurs when there is a server maintenance update, but not always the case.

Restart the Game Client
