Stay Behind Tor Gul's Back or Sides and Dodge its Torso and Hand Slam
Players should stay behind Tor Gul or position themselves by his sides as most of his attacks, especially his frontal attacks like his fire breath, can be avoided by doing so, and it gives players ample time to deal damage.
However, players should watch out for Tor Gul's torso and hand slam as he quickly pivots toward players with these attacks. To dodge these attacks, players should move away from the area as soon as they see his torso twist or raise his right hand.
Stick to its Arms When it Traps You
Out of all the AoE attacks in Tor Gul's moveset, the most dangerous one involves the player getting trapped between its arms and Tor Gul sending them a powerful fire blast and multiple fire tornadoes. Players should stick to Tor Gul's arms as much as possible to avoid getting hit.
Quickly Eliminate Summoned Minions
Whenever Tor Gul summons skeletal minions, players should eliminate them immediately and whenever possible. These minions can quickly become a hindrance if left alone, as they can limit players' dodge and positioning options.

| Palm Slam | Tor Gul slams the ground with its palm, dealing damage within a small area. You can dodge away or sideways when you see it wind up for the slam. |
| Crescent Slash | Tor Gul slashes the ground in a semi-circle with two hands. Stay in the middle section of the area to avoid taking damage. |
| Body Slam | Tor Gul slams its entire body forward. Dodge sideways when you see it swing its head back before slamming its body down. |
| Skeleton Spawn | Tor Gul vomits bones and summons several skeletons that will attack you. Quickly take the skeletons out to avoid being overwhelmed later on. |
| Slam Fire Combo | Tor Gul delivers a series of slams throughout the area. After that, it will breathe fire as it swings sideways. Stay close to its body to avoid the slams then stay away from the general area it is facing towards to avoid the fire. |
| Fire Breath | Tor Gul momentarily charges up before breathing fire across half of the area. Position yourself behind it to take advantage of its long duration. |
| Fire Salvo | Tor Gul uses its arms to cage you within a certain area before placing numerous circular marks on the ground which simultaneously erupts after a short period. You can dodge through its arms and position yourself between the circles to avoid taking damage. |
| Fireball Barrage | Tor Gul opens its chest and unleashes a barrage of fireballs that land randomly across the area. Stay in the area behind it since there are generally has less projectiles there. |
| Fire Salvo Variant | When Tor Gul has less than half health, its circular marks on the ground will also spawn fire tornadoes. Keep an eye on the marks to avoid stepping on them. |
| Fireball Barrage Variant | When Tor Gul has less than half health, its Fireball Barrage comes alive and will follow your position. Each fireball also has its own health bar. Use whatever AoE attack you have available to quickly deal with them. |
