Bonded Modifiers are obtained through the Wisdom of the Maji, which is a Shaman Ascendancy Skill! Additionally, the Shaman is an Ascendancy Class of the Druid.
These Bonded Modifiers are only exclusive to the Shaman Ascendancy Class and cannot be obtained any other way.

The Bonded Modifiers are additional modifiers on Runes and Idols that players can receive when they allocated the Wisdom of the Maji Skill of the Shaman Class.
