After activating the generators in Jiquani's Sanctum, head to the Grand Soul Core Nexus where Alva is. Interacting with the Large Soul Core starts the fight against Zicoatl, Warden of the Core.

Zicoatl has a lot of telegraphed laser attacks that you can Dodge Roll or reposition to dodge. The red triangle wave, however, is a bit deceptively hard to assess where to reposition to avoid damage. Always remember to stay in front of the triangle's vertices or points to stay out of trouble!
Most of Zicoatl's attacks go only forward, along with a reasonably long start-up animation. This window gives you more than enough time to dodge to the side and avoid taking damage.
One of Zicoatl's biggest AoE attacks would be a grid of lasers that shoot out after some time. Once you see glowing lines across the ground, look for open spaces you can stay in during the attack.
