Enter The Burning Monolith once to receive this quest, along with the Main Quests Faridun Foray and Ezomyte Infiltration.
You may also unlock the quest by entering The Stone Citadel if you come across it.

You need to look for The Stone Citadel, which is randomly generated on the map. It can most likely be found near a temple that looks like Aggorat, so keep an eye out for it!
The Stone Citadel is marked on the map with a red beam of light.
The Stone Citadel is similar to The Black Chambers in Act 3. Here, you will encounter enemies with much more health and damage than their regular Act counterparts.
This boss fight is based on the Doryani boss fight in Act 3. It behaves the same, using a similar moveset and having two phases.
