How to Unlock Vaal Incursion

Approach the Sealed Door in The Burning Monolith

Enter The Burning Monolith once to receive this quest, along with the Main Quests Faridun Foray and Ezomyte Infiltration.

Enter The Stone Citadel

You may also unlock the quest by entering The Stone Citadel if you come across it.

Search for the Stone Citadel Search the Stone Citadel for Doryani Defeat The Perennial King

Search for The Stone Citadel

You need to look for The Stone Citadel, which is randomly generated on the map. It can most likely be found near a temple that looks like Aggorat, so keep an eye out for it!

Once Patch 0.1.1 is released, Citadels will be marked on the map with white beams of light.

Search The Stone Citadel for Doryani

The Stone Citadel is similar to The Black Chambers in Act 3. Here, you will encounter enemies with much more health and damage than their regular Act counterparts.

Defeat Doryani, Royal Thaumaturge

This boss fight is based on the Doryani boss fight in Act 3. It behaves the same, using a similar moveset and having two phases.

Quest Rewards

Completing the Vaal Incursion quest grants these rewards. You can obtain them after completing a certain objective or by completing the entire quest.
