This is a list of leveling builds for all classes in Path of Exile 2 (PoE 2)'s The Third Edict update. Check out a list of leveling builds for all classes to carry you throughout Acts 1 to 4!

## Lightning Ranger
UP |
Herald of Thunder While active, killing Shocked enemies with Attack damage, will cause subsequent Attack hits to release lightning bolts which deals Attack damage to all surrounding enemies.
Barrage Ready a volley of arrows or spears, Empowering your next Bow or Projectile Spear Attack to repeat multiple times. Consumes your Frenzy Charges on use to add additional repeats.
Lightning Arrow Fires a charged arrow at the target. On hitting an enemy or wall, the arrow will fire Chaining Lightning beams at nearby enemies.
Lightning Rod Fire an arrow that drops from above, creating a Lightning burst. The arrow remains in the ground, and any Chaining Lightning beams can Chain to it. When Chained to, the arrows release another Lightning burst.
Stormcaller Arrow Fires an arrow that embeds where it lands for a short duration. At the end of the duration, a Lightning bolt strikes the arrow, disintegrating it and damaging enemies with a high chance to Shock.

## Drain Contagion Witch
UP |
Frost Bomb Creates a pulsing Orb of Frost. Each pulse inflicts Cold Exposure on nearby Enemies. When the Orb's duration ends, it explodes, dealing Cold damage to surrounding Enemies.
Contagion Afflicts a single enemy with a Debuff that deals Chaos Damage over time. If the enemy dies while affected by contagion, it and all other Chaos Damage over time Debuffs spread to other enemies and refresh their durations. Reanimating or detonating a corpse affected by contagion will cause the Minion or explosion to spread Contagion on hit.
Chaos Bolt Fires a burst of chaos energy at the target.
Skeletal Warrior Summons reviving Skeletal Warriors.
Unearth Raises spikes of bone from the earth in front of you. The bones of Corpses in the area are ripped out and reassembled into short-lived Bone Construct Minions that fight for you.
Essence Drain Fires a Projectile that applies a powerful Chaos damage over time debuff to enemy hits.
Despair Curses all targets in an area after a short delay, lowering their Chaos Resistance.
Dark Effigy Raises a Totem that bombards enemies afflicted by Chaos damage over time Debuffs.
Blasphemy Turns socketed Curse skills into vile Auras, applying their effects to all nearby enemies.
Withering Presence While active, periodically Withers enemies in your Presence.
Ravenous Swarm While active and enemies are present, swarms of insects emerge from your body to pursue nearby enemies. The Swarms are untargetable Minions that Attack and Poison enemies.

Summary: This Witch leveling build focuses on dealing Chaos damage with Essence Drain and Contagion, which allows you to deal high damage over time while having minions tank for you. |

Herald of Thunder While active, killing Shocked enemies with Attack damage, will cause subsequent Attack hits to release lightning bolts which deals Attack damage to all surrounding enemies.
Barrage Ready a volley of arrows or spears, Empowering your next Bow or Projectile Spear Attack to repeat multiple times. Consumes your Frenzy Charges on use to add additional repeats.
Disengage Jump back as you rupture the earth in front of you with spearpoints, damaging enemies. Consumes the Parried Debuff on Hitting enemies to release a shockwave and grant you a Frenzy Charge. This skill can be used while using other skills, and causes Strikes and Projectiles to miss you while jumping. This skill cannot be Ancestrally Boosted.
Lightning Spear Throw a single copy of your spear. When it hits an enemy it bursts, firing secondary lightning bolt Projectiles at multiple other enemies within a large area around it. Consumes a Frenzy Charge if possible to cause the main spear to split into multiple copies on impact, each of which then bursts.

Summary: This Huntress leveling build is focused on an elemental setup using the Lightning Spear. Lightning Spear will be our main DPS tool due to its high single-target damage and forking projectile ability that can clear mob groups with ease. Barrage lets us start fights with a bigger burst, and disengage lets us get a melee trigger for our passive tree bonuses and a spacing tool to kite enemies. |

Herald of Thunder While active, killing Shocked enemies with Attack damage, will cause subsequent Attack hits to release lightning bolts which deals Attack damage to all surrounding enemies.
Wind Dancer Grants a buff that gives you more Evasion per stage. Being Hit by a Melee Attack while you have this buff consumes all stages to damage and Knock Back enemies around you.
Voltaic Grenade Fires a bouncing Grenade that discharges an Electrocuting Lightning blasts when its fuse expires
Emergency Reload Instantly relaods your active Crossbow Ammunition and Empowers the loaded bolts to deal more damage.
Shockburst Rounds Loads your Crossbow with a clip of charged bolts which releases damaging pulses upon hitting an enemy affected by a lightning ailment. Using this skill again reloads the clip.
Galvanic Shards Loads your Crossbow with a clip of charged bolts that fragment in flight, releasing Chaining Lightning beams when they Hit enemies. Using this skill again reloads the clip.

Summary: This Lightning Mercenary leveling build makes use of spamming Galvanic Shards to easily clear mobs and Shockburst Rounds against bosses with the help of Herald of Thunder. |

Rolling Slam Slam the ground to Stun enemies and knock them away, then continue forward and perform a devastating second Slam. holding down the skill input allows you to change direction as you move.
Boneshatter Attacks enemies with a melee Strike. The Strike will cause a Heavy Stun on enemies that are Primed for Stun. Upon causing a Heavy Stun it will also create a Shockwave, dealing a large amount of damage in an area.
Herald of Ash While active, enemies you sufficiently Overkill with attacks will cause an explosion that ignites nearby enemies based on the Overkill damage dealt.

Summary: The Rolling Shatter warrior leveling build gives players high AoE damage through the combination of Rolling Slam and Boneshatter to quickly deal with groups of enemies, all while offering good survivability. With the recent addition of sprinting, the class' primary weakness was solved, and they can now clear enemies faster than ever before! |

Killing Palm Dash to an enemy and Strike them with an unarmed Attack, Culling enemies if their life is low enough. Each enemy killed by this strike grants a Power Charge. Enemies around you that can be Culled will be highlighted. This skill always Strikes with your bare fist, even if you have a Quarterstaff equipped.
Falling Thunder Infuses your Quarter staff with electrical energies, then slams the ground to deal damage in a large cone in front of you. Consumes your Power Charges to fire Lightning Projectiles forwards from the impact.
Glacial Cascade Sweep your Quarterstaff upwards, releasing an icy fissure which deals damage in a series of bursts culminating in a large spike. Frozen enemies hit by the final spike are dealt heavy damage but the Freeze is Consumed. Ice Crystals hit by the final spike explode.
Ice Strike Perform a fast icy Strike, Using this Attack three times in quick succession causes a final strike that is slower and more powerful.
Tempest Bell Build Combo by successfully Striking Enemies with other skills. After reaching maximum Combo, use this skill to cause the Bell on your staff to grow to massive size as you drop it on the ground. The Bell damages enemies on impact and can be Hit by your skills, creating a damaging shockwave. Elemental Ailments applied to the Bell cause its shockwaves to deal extra damage of the corresponding type, and Hits which would have caused Knockback increase the area of effect of the shockwaves.
Staggering Palm Dash to an enemy and Strike them with an Unarmed Strike, Heavy Stunning an enemy with this Skill grants you a Buff, that causes your Quarterstaff and Unarmed attacks to also fire Projectiles for a short duration. Enemies which are Primed for Stun will instantly be Heavily Stunned. This skill always Strikes with your bare fist, even if you have a Quarterstaff equipped.

Summary: The Cold Lightning Monk build is an unarmed build uses Ice Strike and Glacial Cascade to deal damage to enemies and freeze them in place. It also makes use of Killing Palm and Falling Thunder for burst damage. |

Flame Wall Creates a wall of fire in front of the character, which ignites everything within its area. Any projectiles fired through the wall by you and allies deal added fire damage and inflict ignite on hit.
Fireball Launches a large ball of Fire which explodes on impact, creating a nova of smaller firebolts.
Raging Spirits While active, your Fire Spells will also summon Raging Spirits, which are short-lived flaming skulls that rush at nearby enemies and rapidly Attack them. Enemies will not directly engage these Minions, and can pass through them.

Summary: This Sorceress setup focuses on a loop sequence of clearing mobs with infused spells to gain infusions for the next mob clear spell. Use Living Bomb and Snap to secure infusions to unleash a barrage of fireballs. |

Leveling Builds are temporary and low investment builds that progress from Act 1, 2, and 3 quickly and reach the Endgame as soon as possible. Due to their low investment with Passives and Ascendancy, they are designed to easily pivot into different Endgame builds of your choosing!
