Amazons, have moved on from hunting lesser foes and switched to bigger game. They use skills that are more in line with the standard Huntress but with more lethality.
They are able to find the weaknesses of rare enemies as well as unique enemies which allows them to take down these strong foes with little difficulty. They are also able to strengthen their elemental attacks and land deadlier strikes with higher critical strike chances.
Aside from dealing damage, they also have the ability to gain life leech from their damage output as well as recover both their HP and MP from both Life Flasks and Mana Flasks. This makes Amazons considerably more durable and able to stand their ground against tough enemies with ease.

Critical Strike is a great skill to get as you'll be wanting to increase your Dexterity stat to the brim. This will raise your accuracy rate to high amounts which will spill down to high amounts of Critical Strike chance.
Predatory Instict is another great skill to consider as it allows you to take down rares which are the bigger threats when mapping during the endgame.
Penetrate expands viable weapon options since you can use Unique Weapons with low base damage by stacking Accuracy on it.
Elemental Infusion further boosts the damage of Charge-based builds since it provides additional Elemental Damage based on the kind of Charges you use

Expose Enemy Weaknesses
The Amazon can take down strong enemies such as rares and uniques thanks to its Predatory Instict that allows the Amazon to dish out big amounts of damage by exposing the enemy's weakness.
High Sustain Via Flasks and Life Leech
The Amazon is a strong duelist that can stand its ground as it can recover its own HP using both its Life Flask and Mana Flask. You can also Leech HP from both your Physical Attacks and Elemental Attacks making it a strong DPS class that can stand its ground.
Utilize Elemental Mastery With Elemental Charges
The Amazon can also obtain unique elemental benefits from different types of charges such as Power Charges, Frenzy Charges, and Endurance Charges to increase its elemental damage. This makes the Amazon a great combo class that can use these charges to unleash devastating attacks.

Ascends From the Huntress
To become an Amazon, one must take on the Huntress as their starting class and complete their Ascension Trials. The other ascended option of the Huntress would be the Amazon.
As the Huntress is known for their wide array of AoE attacks with varying elemental applications, it is recommended to take on Ascension Trials that allow the Huntress to exploit elemental weaknesses!
