How to Beat Xesht, We That Are One

Tips on Beating Xesht, We That Are One

Keep Moving to Avoid Aerial Hand Slam Attack

One of Xesht's most damage-dealing attacks is their hand slam. To avoid it, players should keep moving and closely observe Xesht. When their hand wings close, they need to dodge roll away as this indicator that the big hand will slam the ground.

Distance Yourself From Xesht's Puppets

When Xesht summons their puppets, players should distance themselves as much as possible, potentially going to the nearby corridors to do so. Doing so allows them to escape the AoE of the sorcerer's expanding electric field and gives more gaps between the mercenary's projectiles to dodge them.

Specifically for the mercenary's projectiles, players may opt to use a shield to block the projectiles.

Closely Circle Xesht for the Finger Projectiles

The hardest moves to dodge in Xesht's kit are the projectiles that they shoot from their fingers, given its fast projectile speed and relatively large AoE. To avoid getting damaged by it, players should closely stick to Xesht and circle it while it charges the attack and dodge roll towards Xesht's back to avoid the area of effect of these projectiles.

Stay Away (or Close) From the Portal Arm's Fixed Range

When Xesht's life is low enough, they will start summoning arms from portals on the ground that slams the ground. These arms have a fixed range so its best to either move away from it, or to go towards the arm's portal to avoid damage.

It's Best to Use a Thawing Charm

The cold puppet that Xesht summons deals cold damage and can potentially freeze you at the worst times possible. To avoid deaths from getting frozen and getting hit by a large follow up attack, it's best to use a Thawing Charm against Xesht.
