Best Interface Settings

Show Mini Life Bar Above You and NPCs

You should enable Show Mini Life Bar Above You and NPCs in the Interface tab under the Gameplay section. This lets you see the HP bars for yourself and enemies without having to check each of them one by one by hovering your mouse.

Adjust Map Zoom

If you want your map at the top-right corner of the screen to be more visible, you can adjust Map Zoom in the Interface tab under the Map section. This zooms in the minimap so you can better navigate around your current location.

Always Show Sockets

Enable Always Show Sockets under the Items section in the Interface tab to always show item sockets in your inventory without hovering over them. This is useful to prevent yourself from accidentally throwing valuable socketed items you may want to use.
