You should enable Show Mini Life Bar Above You and NPCs in the Interface tab under the Gameplay section. This lets you see the HP bars for yourself and enemies without having to check each of them one by one by hovering your mouse.

If you want your map at the top-right corner of the screen to be more visible, you can adjust Map Zoom in the Interface tab under the Map section. This zooms in the minimap so you can better navigate around your current location.
