Listed above are the best Ascendancy skills for the Invoker. The ...and Protect me from Harm node is extremely helpful for survivability as stacking Evasion Rating allows the increase of Damage Resistance too, making builds less-reliant on Armor.
Sunder my Enemies... is helpful for most Monk builds as they rely on elemental damage and critical chance. Having a skill that ignores enemy resistances is extremely helpful for sustaining damage outputs.
The Soul Springs Eternal node is also useful that makes use of Meta Skills like Cast on Shock or Cast on Freeze. This allows Monk builds that use spells to cast more spells during Combat, improving their damage output.

Invokers focus on the mastery of Lightning and Ice to deal more elemental damage and apply status ailments to enemies. With their offensive ascendancy skills Invokers can Elemental Damage and status ailment buildup.
Invokers also have ways to manipulate their survivability, allowing them to increase their Physical Damage reduction based on their Evasion Rating. Invokers also have access to Meditate, allowing them to manually charge and double the amount of their Energy Shields.
Invokers can gain a Unique Spirit System where all Spirit gained from their equipment is disabled, but are able to gain Spirit by stacking Energy Shield and Evasion Rating on their armor. This system creates a unique way for Monks to gain Spirit by stacking defensive modifiers on their equipment.

Start as a Monk and complete an Ascension Trial to ascend into an Invoker. Completing an Ascension Trial will also give you the option to ascend into an Acolyte of Chayula.
