Listed above are the best Ascendancy skills for the Deadeye, often included in most endgame builds. Thrilling Chase is the best skill for the Deadeye since it drastically boosts the damage output of both Spear and Bow skills, which are both strong in the current meta.
While a simple addition, the extra projectile that Endless Munitions provides to Skills adds many ways to increase the DPS of any projectile-focused build. Projectiles range from a variety of skills, such as Explosives and Spells!
Additionally, Windward is an essential slot-in for Deadeye as it increases their survivability and mobility by a significant amount as it reduces the 3% percentage of damage with each Tailwind stack. When paired with the additional Movement Speed and Evasive properties of Tailwind, you will often elude most attacks sent your way.

The Deadeye ascendancy class focuses on increasing the Ranger's mobility and damage output. It provides significant buffs to the bow's capabilities through passive skills like Endless Munitions and Eagle Eye, which increase bow projectile shots and remove accuracy limitations.
Overall, the Deadeye ascendancy further improves the run-and-gun playstyle, which the base Ranger already excels at. With quality-of-life movement improvements provided by skills such as Gathering Winds and the skills mentioned above, the player can avoid enemies with ease while dishing out twice the damage.
The Deadeye excels at generating and utilizing Frenzy Charges specifically because of the Ascendency skills Avidity and Thrilling Chase. With these skills, you boost your damage with Frenzy Charges while also being able to maintain Frenzy Charge generation.
