Omens are purchased using Tributes after completing a Ritual encounter. Tributes are earned by killing waves of enemies within the ritual circle.

Omens can also be obtained by visiting the Currency Exchange NPC in every Act. Currency Exchange becomes available in Cruel Difficulty which is unlocked after completing Act 3 on Normal difficulty.

What Are Omens?

Guarantee Crafting Outcomes

Omens have unique effects depending on the type, but they grant players a degree of control when crafting. This removes a layer of RNG when crafting items for your build.

Can Activate Two Omens at Once

If you wish to fully control what modifer you want to remove or add, you can activate two Omens at the same time to further restrict the RNG of crafting. For example, you can combine the Omen of Greater Exaltation and Sinistral Exaltation to get +2 prefix modifiers instead of getting a single random modifier!
