1. Ranger - Safe Ranged Attacks With Mobility

Ranger Class Base

The Ranger is arguably one of the easiest class to pilot in Path of Exile 2. it's a ranged class with several strong DPS skills while being paired with the mobility to easily kite out enemies. It does not suffer from any scaling issues and will be a strong class from the start of the game until the endgame.

2. Sorceress - High Elemental Burst Damage

Sorceress Base

The Sorceress comes as a close second to the Ranger which possess the same advantages of the Ranger save for mobility in the early game. The mobility issues can be fixed with persistent skills later on or you can double up in damage to simply obliterate everything in your path. Both choices are valid and is dependent on the player's preference.

3. Warrior - A Hard Hitting Tank

Warrior

The Warrior is a medium-difficulty class due to its scaling issues in the mid-game. It's one of the easiest class to pilot, despite being slow during the early game and the late game however. If you want a class that can shrug off damage and hit hard with massive AoE shockwaves then the Warrior will definitely be your cup of tea.

4. Mercenary - Utilize Ammo Effects to Demolish Foes

Mercenary

The Mercenary is our 4th in line for the easiest class to play which makes it one of the more difficult classes to pilot. While it is also a ranged class, it suffers from kiting capabilities due to its reload mechanic. You'll need to be extremely smart with terrain and ammo usage to maximize the Mercenary's capability.

5. Witch - Utilize an Undead Army or Debilitate Them With Curses

witch class

The Witch is the second to the last class in terms of difficulty. Despite being a minion class, the Witch actually have several troubles with how the class plays out, especially during the early to mid stages of the game. She doesn't have a reliable way to clear out enemies and your spirit stat is extremely capped early on which limits your summon count.

However, if you want the power fantasy of a minion-based class then the Witch will definitely be able to offer it to you.

6. Monk - Combo Your Attacks With Elemental Strikes

Monk

The Monk is the most difficult class to pilot in the list but do take note that the Monk becomes relatively easy to play as you progress the class. It suffers from its weak early game as it's a combo reliant class and its combo mechanics are locked to mid-game level skills. If you're willing to endure a rough early start for one of the strongest class in the endgame then give the Monk a try.

Huntress is not Yet Rated

PoE 2 Huntress

The Huntress is yet to release and is currently not rated for this list. However, given its current playstyle, we highly suspect that it may be a different class to pilot due to its combo reliance as well as its melee and ranged hybrid playstyle. We'll soon update the page once we gain more information and data by playing the Huntress!
