In Path of Exile 2 (PoE 2), the best way to farm uniques would be to stack Item Rarity effects on your gear and maps, defeating bosses, gambling, trading, and using Orbs of Chance. Check out our guide to learn more about the best way to farm uniques here!

Farm Exclusive Uniques From Pinnacle Bosses
Since Pinnacle bosses guarantee at least one unique from a set pool, you can target farm these items. All other unique items dropped from enemies are random, so there's no way of knowing what you will get should one drop.

Use Orbs of Chance to Farm Uniques of a Certain Base Type
You can also use Orbs of Chance to target farm certain unique items since these have a chance of turning your Normal gear into random Uniques based on the base type you used it on. For example, getting an Astramentis Stellar Amulet is only possible by using an Orb of Chance on Stellar Amulets.
Keep in mind that using this will also have a chance of destroying the equipment so try to use this wisely.
Cannot Target Farm Uniques Otherwise
Aside from the methods mentioned above, there are no other methods to target farm specific Unique items. The best you can do is to increase the amount of Uniques that drop in general by investing into increasing Item Rarity of the items that you find through gear or map modifiers.

Stack Increased Rarity Modifiers
The Increased Rarity of Items Found modifier found in armor and accessories increases the chance for items to be upgraded to the Unique rarity when they drop. Having a multiple sources of this modifier can greatly increase the amount of Unique items that randomly drop from monsters especially when paired with juiced maps.
Juice Your Maps with Waystone and Tablet Modifiers
Juicing your maps refers to stacking many modifiers and effects to add as much content and monster density to your maps that to increase the amount of loot that drops. You can get modifiers on Waystones and Tablets that increases the quantity and rarity of items found while also adding additional monsters to defeat for more loot.
You can also spec into more Item Rarity nodes on the Atlas Passive Tree and other mechanics and content for more and better quality loot when going through maps.

Add More Map Mechanics and Content to Your Maps
Spec into additional map mechanics or content like Breach, Delirium, Rogue Exiles, or Azmerian Wisps via the Atlas Passive Tree or Tablets. This adds a lot more monster packs and increases the monster density in your maps that can drop loot to potentially get more Uniques..
Progress through the Atlas defeating Pinnacle Bosses, cleansing Corrupted Nexuses, and discovering Unique Maps to obtain Passive Points for the Atlas Passive Tree.
Defeat Pinnacle Bosses
Pinnacle bosses are some of the most challenging encounters in the game but clearing them will reward you with one of their exclusive Unique item. These exclusive items cannot be obtained through any other method.
Farm Bosses and Rare Monsters
Defeating Bosses and Rare monsters in Path of Exile 2 won't guarantee that you get uniques, but doing they do have higher chances of dropping them. We recommend looking for maps that can be cleared quickly and easily to save time without having to explore too much.
Make sure to equip yourself with good equipment first as these enemies can be difficult to defeat. Once you've cleared the area or defeated your intended target, you can use the reset instance feature to have enemies respawn and jump right back in.
Buy from The Trade Market
The official Path of Exile 2 website trading page allows you to easily search for items that are listed for trade. This makes it a reliable source of obtaining Uniques but in exchange for a certain currency that the seller will decide on.

Gamble with Vendors
You can also obtain Uniques by gambling with an NPC vendor that you can find in town for each Act. These vendors will have every equipment type available for sale and purchasing one will give you a random item with a small chance of being Unique.
Each weapon and equipment costs a large amount of gold so make sure you have enough to spend.
Search for the Moment of Zen
Moment of Zen is a unique map on the Atlas of Worlds that contains a single NPC called the Nameless Seer. Interact with this NPC and you can claim one unique item for free from his inventory.

Uniques are the highest item rarity in Path of Exile 2 and have special modifiers that can make or break a build. Since their modifiers are unique, players tend to use them for defining builds to help survive or deal more damage once you reach endgame.
