What is the Missing Titan's Treasure Bug?

Treasure Not Appearing in Titan’s Grotto

Players in Path of Exile 2 are encountering a bug where Titan’s Treasure fails to appear in Titan’s Grotto in Act 2, despite it being a key objective in the area. Even after completing the Titan fight and thoroughly exploring the zone, players report that the treasure doesn’t show up as expected.

Titan's Treasure is meant to be found in Titan's Grotto during Act 2 near the location of the Zalmarath boss fight.

As of this writing, Grinding Gear Games has not yet applied any fixes for getting Titan's Treasure. With the recent patches, however, the Titan's Treasure has been removed from the game and can no longer be seen on the map as a place of interest.
