Random Location in Utzaal (Past) in Act 3

Path of Exile 2 - Statue of Chaos Where to Find
In Act 3 of the Campaign, the Chaos Statue can be found in a random location within Utzaal (Past). You’ll need to explore the area carefully, as it’s not always in the same spot.

Once discovered, interact with the statue, which will then drop an Inscribed Ultimatum — your ticket to the Trial of Chaos inside the Temple of Chaos.

The Chaos Statue can be found again even after obtaining an Inscribed Ultimatum, so you can revisit it if needed for more Ultimatums

The Chaos Statue and the associated Trial of Chaos are accessible in both Normal and Cruel modes of the campaign.

In Normal mode, you can find the Chaos Statue in Utzaal (Past) during Act 3.

In Cruel mode, after completing Act 3 in Normal mode, you can revisit Utzaal (Past) to find the Chaos Statue again.

Inscribed Ultimatum

Approaching the Chaos Statue in Utzaal (Past) lets you interact with the Ultimatum Key, which drops an Inscribed Ultimatum. This item unlocks the Trial of Chaos in the Temple of Chaos. The level of the Inscribed Ultimatum depends on whether you’re in the normal campaign or Cruel difficulty.

The version found here is low-level and does not grant Ascendancy Points. To earn those, you’ll need an Inscribed Ultimatum with Level 75+ and 10 Trials — typically found in Endgame content like Tier 8+ Waystone Maps or via trade.
