Buying the higher tier Supporter Packs unlock pets for your account depending on which one you buy. You can get two pets from the Lord of Ogham pack and three pets from the King of the Faridun pack.

With the launch of Path of Exile 2 Early Access, special events in collaboration with Twitch allow you to earn the Chimera Pet when buying or gifting two Twitch subscriptions of any tier to eligible streamers.

Transfer from Path of Exile 1

Pets that you've purchased or unlock in Path of Exile 1 will be usable in Path of Exile 2. However, most won't be usable right away so you'll have to wait for the developers to release them later on.

Open Cosmetics Tab to Equip

Open the Cosmetics Tab in-game by pressing (M) to find your collection of pets.

Select a pet and equip it. You can have up to a maximum of two pets following you around.

Pets Can Be Placed in Hideouts

Pets can also be added to hideouts through the Edit Menu. You'll be able to see them roaming around the hideout.

What are Pets?

Purely Cosmetic with No Gameplay Advantages

Pets are purely cosmetic and do not give players any gameplay advantages over those without pets. They just follow the player around and will not participate in combat.
