We want as much Accuracy Rating on our weapon to maximize our Penetrate ascendancy node. We also want as much damage and level to ranged skills to ensure that we have the damage to clear out small mobs with our Twisters.
Having a high amount of Accuracy on our weapon itself is much more crucial than other gear due to how Penetrate's accuracy bonus only applies to the weapon's stats and not your overall gear.
As we transition to the endgame, having a high amount of Evasion, Elemental Resistance, and Life becomes essential. We have a good amount of survivability via kiting with Disengage but a good amount of durability will still be mandatory against certain attacks that Evasion cannot dodge, these attacks include slams, projectiles, and unique enemy attacks.
Accessories is a mix and match of survivability and damage. We want our resistances capped out so getting some elemental resistances from our ring and amulet is mandatory. But we also want some offensive stats such as ranged skill levels and accuracy from our trinkets.

We want to get a Vision Rune to get more accuracy rating for our spear to synergize with the Amazon's Penetrate Ascendancy skill. The Penetrate skill converts 25% of the Accuracy rating on the spear into physical damage so slotting in Vision Runes allows us to get more damage (and it scales better than Iron Runes).
For our armor, we want to get the necessary resistance from runes to our armor pieces. Getting near max value to resistances is key to survival in the latter parts of the game.
Do not forget that you can reforge lower-leveled runes to craft their greater versions so be sure to put those lesser runes to use and craft the best runes for your gear.

Antidote and Thawing Charms are the best charms to use for the build as they allow you to become immune to Poison and Freeze, respectively. This makes mapping much easier, as Poison and Freeze are by far one of the dangerous ailments in the game.
If you're not having troubles with ailments, we highly recommend getting a Golden Charm to gain an extra rarity drop stat on rare kill to improve your mapping's looting experience!
※ The Support Gems' priority are arranged in a descending order. The first one being the most important and the last being the least crucial.

The Bleed Twister's main gameplay is to generate huge amounts of high level stage Whirlwinds and use those to generate multiple Twisters per cast. Whirlwind Lance's Scattershot allows us to generate 3 tornadoes instead of one which, if consumed, will generate 4 twisters as these are 3 stage 1 Whirlwinds.
We support this with Barrage which will cause the skill to fire 9 times which are three full stage Whirlwinds which equals 12 total Twisters on use. If that isn't good enough, Spectral Volley will also shoot 9 Whirlwind Lances as follow ups which allows you to shoot 12 Twisters again in a short span of time.
Each Twister has Lacerate and Incision which will quickly inflict multiple amounts of Bleed on enemies and together with its base damage, will quickly demolish mobs and uniques alike. With Tame Beast, we can also infuse these Twisters with Elements for additional elemental damage which is a great bonus. Lastly, Blood Hunt is just an execution tool you can use against Rares and Uniques to end fights faster.

For our Passive Tree, we want to immediately take Penetrate and Critical Strike immediately from the Amazon. This allows us to stack Accuracy and convert it to an offensive stat.
As we go along the tree, we focus on taking nodes that straight up increase our damage, attack speed, accuracy, and critical hit bonuses. Primal Instinct and Eagle Eye are two notable nodes you can aim for as you start the tree.
We then make a short detour to get Splinters to ramp up our Stun Buildup, we're also a bleed build, and Bloodhound's Mark breaks armor so the additional armor break we can inflict with Splinters can help against rares and unique enemies. Despite the risk, we also take Cooked to gain a huge amount of Critical Damage bonus and this node pays off the higher we can stack our Accuracy and Critical Hit chance.
We then turn left to take bleed and damage related nodes such as the Prolonged Assault notable node and go down to Perfectly Placed Knife notable which synergizes with Lacerate on Twisters to apply a semi-permanent bonus to our attacks as enemies will always be bleeding during combat.
We then take Versatile Arms which is a straight-up buff to our attack speed, critical hit chance, and survivability by granting us 20 free stats (10 Dex and 10 Strength). Once we reach the end of the tree, we path to the upper right to finally get to the spear node cluster which are all great nodes to take for the Amazon.
Be sure to take Dance with Death and from here, always ensure that you have no offhand equipped. This greatly increases our attack speed at the sacrifice of removing our Offhand which is one of the best tradeoffs while in Cruel but we'll remove for the late game once we need more survivability.
We take a left turn from the Jewel Slot node beneath Versatile Arms and path downward to get Jack of All Trades and Giant Slayer to gain extra attributes and combat capability against uniques. Lastly, from the stat node in the spear cluster, head north then take the Bestial Skin and Enhanced Reflexes nodes to aid our need for more Evasion for the endgame.

For general mobbing, you'll be focusing on causing as much AoE havoc with your combo.
For bosses, our main gameplay stays the same as our AoE Twisters are also excellent bossing tool as long as there's enough walls it can bounce back to and deal another set of damage to bosses.
This is how your main bossing rotation goes. It's mainly the same routine as mobbing but with Vulnerability and Bloodhound's Mark added to the mix for extra DPS for the longer duration fight.
