The Queen of Filth is a Main Boss in the Stenchpools deep in the Apex of Filth area of Act 3.

Watch Out for the Many Ground Effects

Ketzuli Barrage Attack
The Queen of Filth fight features many on ground effects that both damage and debilitates your character. Always watch out for the orange spores that explode when you walk on top of them and the Caustic Ground that deals Chaos damage. There are also Curses that Slows you, decreases your Armor, and one that decreases the damage you deal.

Defeat the Smaller Enemies

Flathead Clubbers, Flathead Warriors, Hunchback Clubbers, and Flathead Younglings spawn during the fight to aid the Queen of Filth. If you ignore these enemies, you might get surrounded and overwhelmed! Make sure to quickly defeat them before focusing back on the main boss.

Watch for Overhead Swing Animation

Queen of Filth Attack
The Queen of Filth often starts her attacks by raising her weapon overhead. Though the animation has subtle differences depending on whether it's a charging attack, AoE ground slam, or projectile attack, they all start with the boss raising their weapon overhead. Once you see this animation, quickly dodge to the side or away from the boss to avoid taking damage.

Moves	Details and Tips
Rolling Slam	The Queen of Filth rolls forward, slamming her hammer at first then using her weight for a second impact. You can quickly dodge in succession to avoid both slams.
Rolling Slam Variant	The Queen of Filth still rolls forward, but only dealing damage at the end when she slams her hammer down. You can expect her to use it when you are a considerable distance away.
Hammer Smash	The Queen of Filth swings her hammer back then smashes it down in front of her. It is very telegraphed and gives you ample time to dodge away.
Corpse Throw	The Queen of Filth pauses in place as she compresses bodies and filth into a projectile that she hurls directly at you. Time your dodge just a bit after she finishes channeling the projectile.
Exploding Fungus	As the Queen of Filth attacks, exploding fungus will appear throughout the area. You can step on them as soon as possible and keep moving to avoid the explosions.
Ground Effects	The Queen of Filth stomps the ground and summons a ground effect. Red decreases your Armor, green decreases your damage dealt, and violet slows you down. As long as you stay step off the circles, you won't be affected by the debuff.
