Patch 0.4.0c of Path of Exile 2 is now live! It got released on December 19, 2025, where the update focuses mainly on Temple Buffs, Additional Medallions, and as well as other leftover bugs and errors from The Last of the Druids main update.

This update introduces the long-awaited Druid class alongside a new league, Fate of the Vaal, where players will explore an ancient underground Vaal temple to uncover its secrets.
