Collect All Three Mushrooms in Apex of Filth

All Mushroom Types

You must first obtain a Red Mushroom, Blue Mushroom, and Green Mushroom. These mushrooms are randomly dropped by enemies found in the Apex of Filth during Act 3.

From The Drowned City, look for the entrance to Apex of Filth. Note that the map is randomly generated and that the maps used are meant to serve as a general guide.

Once inside the Apex of Filth, look for the Cauldron Keeper. Note that the map is randomly generated and that the maps used are meant to serve as a general guide.

Interact with the Cauldron
Click on the Cauldron to offer all three mushrooms.

How to Unlock Act 3 Mushrooms Quest

Start by Picking Up Mushrooms

The mushrooms quest in Act 3 is started when you pick up a Blue Mushroom, Red Mushroom, or Green Mushroom. It is a hidden quest that does not show up in the quest log.

Act 3 Mushrooms Quest Rewards

Ultimate Life and Mana Flasks

Life and Mana Flasks
Completing the mushrooms quest will reward you with an Ultimate Life Flask and an Ultimate Mana Flask with random affixes.

You'll have to identify them first using a Scroll of Wisdom before you can equip them.
