UPDATE 11:37 PM UTC: Issue Stated to be Resolved

The Path of Exile twitter has noted that the issue has been resolved and all players with this issue should be able to join the game. If you are still experiencing this issue, please let us know in the comments!

Log In Again or Restart the Game

Some players on Steam have found that they are unable to access the game and being told that they do not have access to Early Access. Note that this is just an error caused by heavy user influx and does not indicate that your purchase was not registered, so you'll simply need to wait for your turn to get into the game.

After getting this bug, simply be patient and try logging in whenever you can. You will automatically be placed into the queue as soon as you try and log in again! If the problem still occurs, try to restart the game and it should quickly fix it as well.

Change Servers

If the problem persists, you can try and swap to different servers to attempt and fix the error. However, you might experience higher ping or longer queue times depending on what server you choose!

Hi everyone, I have been playing POE1 for a long time and the official account website tells me: "Your account is eligible for Path of Exile 2 Early Access! Thank you for your (or your benevolent friend's) support! Your account will be allowed to log in and play during Path of Exile 2 Early Access." I used the shown key on Steam and downloaded POE2, but I still cant login because it shows the same error like in the topic of this post. What can i do?
