List of Campaign Leveling Tips |

The quickest and most fool-proof way to level up during the early game is to finish the Campaign. Completing the Campaign should take you to around level 45, just before the start of Cruel difficulty, which should take you all the way to level 60 for the endgame.
Beginner's Guide: Campaign Tips & Tricks |
---|
・Rush to higher level areas to reap high XP rewards
・Create a solid Build ・Use Skill Gems & Support Gems to improve skills ・Equip Better Flasks ・Always look for new gear from Vendors ・Save Exalted Orbs and other currencies to buy upgrades from the Trading Site ・Prioritize Life or Resistance mods for good defense ・Increase Movement Speed with Boots ・Use Glacial, Desert, and Storm Runes for better resistance |
As you progress through the Campaign, we recommend keeping a look out for any equipment drops or Vendors who sell Rare equipment that may provide better stats compared to what you currently have. This includes equipping higher tier Flasks, Boots with better movement speed, and Uncut Skill Gems to level up your Skills.
Keep in mind that the main idea is to finish the campaign as fast as possible so getting better gear and upgrading your skills while progressing will bring you to endgame much faster.
Make sure to Salvage any equipment you are not using that has Quality to get Blacksmith's Whetstone and Armourer's Scrap for increasing the quality of your main equipment, and ones that have Rune Sockets to obtain Artificer's Orb for adding Rune Sockets to your current equipment.
Additionally, we recommend disenchanting Rare Items to stack Regal Shards and obtain Regal Orbs as this is an important currency for trading and crafting better equipment.
Should You Sell, Salvage or Disenchant Equipment?
Delwyn, a new NPC that was introduced in Dawn of the Hunt, consistently appears throughout every map and provides access to Azmerian Wisps. Following these Wisps will turn a random monster into a Rare elite that can drop useful Rare items and provide a good amount of XP for leveling. Just make sure you are well equipped as these Rare monsters tend to have significantly high health.
To further hasten your EXP gain, finish the Side Quests present during each act. Not only will you receive EXP, but you will also be rewarded with essential bonuses such as Weapon Specialization Points, extra Spirit, Support Gems, and huge sums of Gold!

Reaching the Endgame is the prime signal for your character to transition from leveling into Endgame (if you haven't done so yet during Cruel).
The Gold cost to respec your passives scales with your level so we highly recommend respeccing early to avoid any excessive changes that may require even more Gold to spend.
Best Modifiers for Leveling |

・+% Increased Experience Gain
・+% Increased Pack Size ・+% Increased Magic Pack Size ・+% Increased Number of Monster Packs ・+% Increased Number of Rare Monsters ・Area contains Additional Packs of Any Monster ・+% Increased Experience Gain in Your Maps ・+% Increased Pack Size in Your Maps ・+% Increased Magic Monsters in Your Maps ・+% Increased Rare Monsters in Your Maps |
The best way to level up once you unlock the Atlas is by spamming maps that have Increased Experience Gain modifiers as this is the most direct way to speed up your leveling. Another useful modifier is the Increased Pack Size as adds more monsters in the map thus providing even more XP.
On the other hand, Precursor Tablets are also capable of enhancing the experience you gain for the surrounding maps near the Precursor Tower. The best modifiers for them are similiar to the Waystone ones but instead affects multiple maps.
Mapping Guide and List of Atlas Maps
The fastest way to get better equipment and acquire more currencies is by making use of the Official Path of Exile 2 Trade Market. Keep in mind that you will need a good amount of Currency in order to purchase the best equipment and max out your character so try to farm a bunch of Exalted Orbs and Divine Orbs beforehand.
Trading Website Guide and How to Trade
As you reach higher tier Waystones, it becomes fairly easy to die quickly due to various elements that certain monsters can dish out. We highly recommend reaching the 75% Elemental Resistance Cap for all elements to help with your survivability and prevent you from getting one-shotted.
Elemental Resistance can come from many sources such as allocating the Passive Tree, Equipment modifiers, and Jewels to help you reach T15+ maps.
The Corrupted Nexus is a new type of map added into Path of Exile 2's 0.2.0 update. It's a map that you can clear to cleanse the corruption. Cleansed maps will add an additional level to the mobs in that specific map which makes them grant additional experience points.
The most punishing thing when taking on endgame content is losing 10% of your XP after dying in high tier maps. This can be reduced significantly by 75% just by bringing an Omen of Amelioration in your inventory, turning the XP loss into 2.5% every time you die.
Keep in mind that the Omen of Amelioration has a chance to be purchased using Tributes from Rituals. They can also be purchased from the Trade Market but costs a high amount of currency so make sure you have prepared beforehand.
Omen of Amelioration Effects and How to Get
When doing endgame content, Breaches provide the most XP simply due to the large amount of mobs that it spawns. Just make sure to stay inside the ring and clear them as fast as you can so that you can maximize the duration of the event.
The best nodes to get on your Atlas Skill Tree for leveling would be focusing on the lower left section as these contain various Pack Size modifiers that can speed up your leveling experience. Additionally, make sure to prioritize Breach nodes as they offer a significant amount of XP due to the large pack of mobs it can spawn.
Leveling can give a lot of benefits, mainly from the passive tree. However, reaching levels higher than 90 is actually not recommended, or at least focusing on getting there. The amount of experience points you'll require to get a single level at this stage is extremely high, couple that with the several one-shot mechanics in the game that inflicts experience penalties makes it extremely hard to get to the highest possible levels.
List of Reasons to Level Up Fast |

By leveling up quickly, you will gain points to allocate into the passive skill tree and higher base stats such as Life and Mana, allowing you to scale and improve your efficiency!
However, leveling up does not increase any of the main attributes: Strength, Dexterity, and Intelligence. You can only get these by allocating them to the attribute highway nodes on the passive skill tree!
Beginner's Guide and How to Get Started
Most of the end-game equipment will be gated by character levels to prevent characters from being overpowered early on. By leveling up quickly, you can get access to better equipment, allowing you to blitz through and tank attacks more consistently!
A lot of the fun content in Path of Exile 2 is only made accessible after reaching certain level caps. Content such as Breach and the dreaded Burning Monolith will surely give you a run for your money if you are not properly leveled!
Atlas of Worlds Endgame Explained
The Omen of Amelioration can be activated to prevent 75% of experience loss when you die. This is especially helpful when running Atlas maps on higher levels since the 10% loss upon death can be pretty bad.
If you have ever gotten a Unique Item and tried to trade it over to a friend, it will come to your notice that you cannot do so until Level 25. This bars you from trades as well, limiting the possible ways you can build your character.
Most of the strong Skill Gems and Passives that players use to complete their power fantasy build will be barred off until the latter stages of the game. Leveling up quickly will allow you to access the sandbox of building potential that is Path of Exile 2!
Progressing your levels allow you to gain extra power which allows you to of course, tackle more difficult content. It's usually best to level your character to be able to clear high-difficulty content like bosses, trials of Sekhemas/Chaos, etc. We also recommend overleveling as much as possible as not all content can be cleared easily just by reaching the same area level as said content.
It doesn't say that, but I understand that reading is difficult.
