How to Unlock The City of Seven Waters
Talk to Sekhema Asala
You can unlock this quest by talking to Sekhema Asala in The Ardura Caravan. During the quest The Trail of Corruption, you will receive the objective Speak to Asala to learn more about Orbala's footsteps
after speaking to Zarka upon your return from The Halini Gates. You will get this quest along with other quests, A Theft of Ivory and A Crown of Stone.

Use Desert Map to Travel to Keth
Begin the quest by using the Desert Map in Ardura Caravan and traveling to Keth.
Find the Entrance to The Lost City
Explore Keth and look for the entrance to The Lost City. While exploring Keth, you will get the chance to battle an optional boss: Kabala, Constrictor Queen.

Defeat Kabala by dodging AoE explosions, underground attacks, and dealing with Gilded Cobra mobs.

Find the Entrance to The Buried Shrines
Explore The Lost City and find the entrance to The Buried Shrines.
Enter Halani Shrine and Defeat Azarian
In The Buried Shrines, find the Halani Shrine Entrance to enter The Vestibule of the Rains. Continue moving forward to eventually face and defeat Azarian to gain access to the Essence of Water.

You can find Azarian blocking the Shrine of the Water Goddess entrace. Defeat Azarian by swinging attacks, flaming trails, and flaming waves.

Talk to Halani and Collect Essence of Water
Once Azarian is defeated, enter the Shrine of the Water Goddess. Talk to Halani and use the Everburning Cinders near the statue to ignite her and collect the Essence of Water from her ashes. Complete the quest by returning to Zarka in Ardura Caravan.
