The Eater of Flesh constantly attacks with a variety of single target and AoE Attacks. However, there are some attacks that are slow and can leave it vulnerable to damage. Take advantage of these small gaps to counterattack.

The Eater of Flesh Attack
One of The Eater of Flesh's trickiest attacks would be the Whip Barrage that come from the ground. Unless you can tank through the hits, it is recommended you just walk around the boss until the attack is finished before you counterattack.

The Eater of Flesh burrows its arms underground, summoning several large whip-like appendages slamming down in your direction.
Blood Spray
The Eater of Flesh sprays blood in a wide area outwards.
Piercing Blood
The Eater of Flesh unleashes a singular beam of blood from its belly after a short delay.
Body Slam
The Eater of Flesh roars, jumping forward and slamming its body down.
Melee Whip Attack
The Eater of Flesh whips its arm forward within melee range and is its most basic attack.
Flared Burst
The Eater of Flesh charges up before unleashing multiple appendages flaring outwards all at once.
