A Talisman will be used in combination with a Sceptre because it has modifiers that benefit melee skills and minions. These are both used extensively as the build's main way of dealing damage.
Try to get as many levels as possible for both your melee skills and your minions, as this will greatly increase your damage output.
For our armor and accessories, we will prioritize getting as much energy shield as possible for survivability since we will be fighting at close range with our Wolf minions.
Our ring options are flexible and can be replaced with other elemental rings to reach the elemental resist cap. Make sure to get additional attack modifiers, as they significantly increase our DPS.

We will socket the Greater Rune of Leadership into our Talisman and the Snake Idol Rune into our Scepter. These runes increase the levels of melee and minion skills, respectively, allowing our damage output to scale better in the endgame.
We will only socket runes for defensive purposes on our armor. For this reason, we will use either Greater Iron Runes to increase our energy shield or elemental runes to reach the resistance cap.

We will use our belt to improve our resistances and survivability. To that end, we will use an Amethyst Charm for increased chaos resistance and a Dousing Charm for ignite immunity.
The third charm slot allows for flexibility, so you can choose a Stone Charm, a Silver Charm or any other Charm that you pick up, depending on which suits your needs best.

Using this skill allows any Wolf Minions you have to leap immediately.

Alternatively, socketing a human-form Warcry into this Skill triggers that Warcry instead, and augments its damage and area. This Skill's cooldown can be bypassed by expending an Endurance Charge.
|
Echoing Cry Supports Warcries. Supported Skills echo, causing their effects to happen again after a short delay, growing larger each time, but are less effective and require you to have travelled a certain distance before use.
Raging Cry Supports Warcry skills, causing them to grant you Rage on use depending on counted monster Power.
Enraged Warcry II Supports Warcries, causing them to expend Rage to bypass their usual Cooldown.

Since we will be relying heavily on our minions for damage, we will take Rapid Attacks II and Feeding Frenzy wherever applicable to increase our overall DPS.
Our character as well as our wolves will be doing most of the heavy lifting in terms of damage, so we will take support gems that support Ferocious Roar, as our minions will also be benefitting from Rage thanks to Warlord Berserker.
Lastly, our Skeletal Minions will serve as utility. To that end, they are socketed with Meat Shield and Elemental Army to increase their survivability, as well as Armor Break to improve the damage of Shred and the minions summoned by Wolf Pack.

With our minions doing a sizeable chunk of our damage, we will be investing in nodes to boost their damage, as well as their survivability. And so, we will be taking nodes such as Gigantic Following, Relentless Fallen and Necrotised Flesh.
An important keystone passive to note is the Lord of the Wilds. It allows us to use a Sceptre and a Talisman at the same time, which is otherwise impossible. Both items have beneficial stats that this build capitalizes on, so make sure not to miss it.
Passive Skill Tree Guide and List of Passives
Note: The modifiers listed are arranged according to priority.
Heroic Tragedy Timeless Jewel

・ Remembrancing 2023 Songworthy Deeds by the Line of Vorana
・Passives in Radius Are Conquered by the Kalguur Historic |
|---|---|
Sapphire
|
・Minions Have Increased Attack and Cast Speed
・Minions Deal Increased Damage ・Minions have + To All Elemental Resistances |
Because we're allocating so much strength to use our skill gems, we'll use a Heroic Tragedy Timeless Jewel to convert the strength bonus from life to energy shield. This fits the build much better, as we rely on energy shield rather than life for our defenses.
We will socket sapphires into the Crystalline Phylactery socket and the rest of our passive tree sockets. This will strengthen our minions and increase their survivability, thanks to the minion modifiers availabe.
The build follows a simple rotation, which are both used for both mobs and bosses. The rotation is as follows:
