There are currently only two Ascendancy classes for each class in Path of Exile 2 (PoE 2). Check this guide out for any info about the upcoming 3rd Ascendancy Classes for each class and when it will release!
3rd Ascendancy Release Date
Third Ascendancy is Available on Full Release
There is currently no info about the date for the 3rd Ascendancy class except that it's going to become available at the game's full release. Right now, only two Ascendancy classes are available to choose from per class.

Ritualist
The Huntress can ascend to the Ritualist. They specialize in corrupting enemies, making them erupt upon death and spread corrupted blood to others.
Ritualists also have the unique ability to consume a rare monster's corpse to gain one of its modifiers. Furthermore, they also get greater benefits from rings and amulets.

| 5 | As the Whispers Demand | ・Ritual Sacrifice can be used on yourself to remove 20% of maximum Life to grant a random Monster Modifier. A maximum of one Modifier can be granted this way. Ritual Sacrifice has an 8 second cooldown if used on yourself. |
Amazon
The Huntress can also ascend to the Amazon. Unlike the Ritualist, they use more traditional fighting techniques instead of manipulating the enemies around them.
Their skills focus on increasing their damage output by exposing enemy weaknesses, infusing weapons with elemental power, and enhancing critical strikes.
Amazons can also stay healthier in fights thanks to their ability to leech life force and gain additional sustain from their flasks.

Smith of Kitava
The Smith of Kitava is a unique Ascendancy of the Warrior class.
As a blacksmith, the Smith of Kitava can enhance their weapons and body armor before a fight.
With Temper Weapon, they can infuse their weapons with fire, making attacks explode on hit. They can also summon a copy of their weapon to fight alongside them, doubling the damage you deal to enemies.
The Smith of Kitava can also enhance a normal armor with modifiers that they like. You'll need plenty of Ascendancy Points for this one though, so enhance wisely.

In exchange, you gain access to the following skills for your Body Armor: ・Dedication to Kitava: Grants Armor also applies to Chaos damage taken from Hits. ・Internal Layer: Hits against you have 50% reduced Critical Damage Bonus. ・Heavy Bracing: 100% increased Stun Threshold. ・Leather Bindings: Regenerate 5% of Life per second. ・Support Straps: 20% increased Strength. ・Kitavan Engraving: 15% increased maximum Life. ・Tantalum Alloy: +75% to Fire Resistance. ・Lead Lining: 75% to Lightning Resistance. ・Padded Plates: +75% to Cold Resistance. |
Tactician
Mercenaries can now ascend to a Tactician.
Their skills focus mainly on supporting and buffing allies, as well as pinning enemies, halting their movements and actions.

Lich
Witches can now ascend to the Lich.
The Lich has a unique jewel socket that doubles the bonuses of a basic jewel, though it cannot accept unique jewels. However, using this node increases mana costs if the character lacks an Energy Shield, encouraging Energy Shield stacking through specific builds.
Additionally, the Necromantic Conduit enhances minion builds by converting physical attack damage into chaos damage, further strengthening the Lich and her minions.
