Approach the Sealed Door in The Burning Monolith

Enter the Burning Monolith once to receive this quest, along with the Main Quests Vaal Incursion and Faridun Foray.

Enter The Iron Citadel

You may also unlock the quest by entering The Iron Citadel if you come across it.

Search for the Iron Citadel

You need to look for The Iron Citadel, which is randomly generated on the map. It can most likely be found near a structture that looks like Ogham Manor, so keep an eye out for it!

Search the Iron Citadel for Count Geonor

The Iron Citadel is similar to the Ogham Manor in Act 1. Here, you will encounter enemies with much more health and damage than their regular Act counterparts.

Defeat Count Geonor

This boss fight is based on the Count Geonor boss fight in Act 1. It behaves the same, using a similar moveset and having two phases.
