Vargir the Feral Mutt is found in the Crop Circle in the corn field section of the Ogham Farmlands during Act 1 of the campaign.

Be Ready for an Ambush
When you get to the Crop Circle, a pack of dogs will ambush you. Ready your powerful AoE attack to clear the pack and eliminate the biggest threat in this fight.
Keep Moving Around the Area
Aside from the Rabid Dogs that can surround you, Vargir is simple to keep track of and avoid taking damage from.
Vargir the Feral Mutt attacks with only one move, constantly running towards you and biting. Try to keep moving around the area while attacking, to avoid Vargir's bites when it chases you.
