How to Get Ultimate Mana Flask

Complete the Mushroom Quest in Act 3

Interact with the Cauldron
You can obtain an Ultimate Flask by completing the Hidden Mushroom Quest in Act 3. This quest can only be triggered by collecting one of the three mushrooms. You will receive both the Ultimate Life Flask and the Ultimate Mana Flask.

This item has a chance to drop randomly while defeating enemies you encounter. It is still unconfirmed which Act this item can start dropping in, but it is expected to appear in the Cruel difficulty after completing Act 3. Do note that you have a higher chance of looting this by farming areas with the same or higher monster level than the item's level requirement
