How to Increase Charm Slots
Equip Belts with Charm Slot Modifiers
Charm Slots are directly tied to the belt you wear which can have multiple slots depending on the modifier it has. Look for belts that have these modifiers to get up to three Charm Slots.
Belts always come with a base of one charm slot. Modifiers are the only way to get more slots and belts that have higher item level and rarity do not necessarily mean they give more slots.
What are Charm Slots?

Charm Slots are used to equip charms on your character to boost your resistances and/or provide immunities on specific conditions. These are useful to further grant defensive stats for your character throughout the game.

Can you just add the CharmSlot by using Exalts and Chaos orbs to get a better charm-slot stat roll? Also it possible to re-roll the same or more stats on a belt again after you re-roll with a chaos and it goes down from 3 to 1 slot?
