After clearing a challenge during the Trial of Sekhemas, the room you enter to select the challenge may have a Sacred Water Fountain. This gives you the most Sacred Water out of all the methods, however not every room will have a Sacred Water Fountain.

Defeat Rare Enemies

POE 2 - Defeat Rare Enemies

Another way of getting Sacred Water is by defeating Rare Enemies. While this method does earn you Sacred Water, do note that since you're still fighting an enemies, the Honor you can lose might not be worth the Sacred Water you gain.

How to Use Sacred Water

  1. Trade for Relics
  2. Replenish Honor at Fountains
  3. Take on a Pledge to Kochai

Trade for Relics

Sacred Water can be used as a currency when trading with Balbala at the end of the trial to buy Relics, which you can use to modify your next run in the Trial of Sekhemas.

Replenish Honor at Fountains

POE 2 - Replenish Honor

Sacred Water can be used to replenish your Honor. If you find yourself to be low on Honor during the Trial, you can use up 5 Sacred Water to replenish 11 Honor. You can only replenish your Honor once per fountain and you will also get a random boon.

Take on a Pledge to Kochai

POE 2 - Take on a Pledge to Kochai

You can also use Sacred Water to get random boons when you pledge to Kochai. While the boons will be random, you can see the effect it will have once you accept a pledge.
