0.3.0 Patch Notes
The Quicksand Hourglass node now grants Sands of Time, which increases Cast Speed and Area of Effect. In addition, Flood of Echoes has been renamed Inevitability, and grants the new Inevitable Agony skill which Curses targets within an area after a short delay.

Ultimate Command provides the Chronomancer the Time Freeze skill, which is basically a screenwide crowd control spell that stops enemies in their tracks for three seconds. During this time, you can perform a

Chronomancers weave their abilities with their mastery of time. They can reset their cooldowns, freeze enemies in place, and turn back time to regain their lost health and mana.

Start as a Sorceress and complete an Ascension Trial to ascend into a Chronomancer. Completing an Ascension Trial will also give you the option to ascend into a Storm Weaver.
