Since the modifiers will be replaced when using Chaos Orbs, you can get a chance of higher tier modifiers, meaning you can get better stats or Charm Slots. Can you just add the CharmSlot by using Exalts and Chaos orbs to get a better charm-slot stat roll? Also it possible to re-roll the same or more stats on a belt again after you re-roll with a chaos and it goes down from 3 to 1 slot?
