Encounter an Ancient Beacon

Unlocking the Ancient Beacons Quest
You can unlock Ancient Beacons soon as you encounter an Ancient Beacon for the first time during the Fate of the Vaal League.

Ancient Beacons Objectives

Quest Clear Conditions

1. Encounter 6 Ancient Beacons
2. Defeat the Nearby Enemies

1. Activate 6 Ancient Beacons

Ancient Beacon
You must activate 6 Ancient Beacons in total. These beacons can be found throghout Wraeclast. They can be identified by a round structure on the ground with intricate carvings and glowing red enemies standing on top of them.

To activate the beacon, you must defeat the nearby enemies then step inside the circle. Once all 6 Ancient Beacons have been activated, you gain access to the Vaal Ruins.

2. Use the Temple Console

Using the Temple Console

Within the Vaal Ruins, interact with the Temple Console and customize your Temple layout. The quest is completed upon running the Temple.

Unlocking the Vaal Ruins
Completing the Ancient Beacons quest will lead you to unlock the Vaal Ruins, which is the central mechanic of the current League, Fate of the Vaal.
