How to Get Deathrattle Twig Focus
Random Enemy Drop Starting Act 1
This item has a chance to drop randomly while defeating enemies you encounter. Due to its low level requirement, it can easily be obtained as early as Act 1. Do note that you have a higher chance of looting this by farming areas with the same or higher monster level than the item's level requirement.
Obtained Using the Orb of Chance
Deathrattle Twig Focus can also be obtained by using an Orb of Chance with Twig Focus. Keep in mind that this process is not guaranteed and may destroy your item.
