Lineage Support Gems in general can be obtained randomly through enemy drops or chests in Atlas maps. However, these are much more likely to drop in maps marked with Deadly Map Bosses. These are unique maps found on your map that require certain conditions to be met before you can unlock them. This usually involves exploring the maps surrounding them first to look for their respective item or mechanisms.
