Audio Improvements and Game Fixes

Patch 0.2.1c focuses on making incremental improvments to their audio system, fixing a UI bug when using a gamepad, and fixing a client crash. Do note that this patch may take around 15 minutes for PlayStation users once it has been deployed across all platforms.
