Tune into any channel in the Path of Exile 2 Directory with drops enabled for 3 hours on April 4, 2025 at 12 PM PDT to get the Azmeri Noble Deer Pet. The pet can be found and equipped from your microtransactions list as soon as you've claimed it from your Twitch inventory.

Hunter's Trophy Back Attachment

To get the Hunter's Trophy Back Attachment, you can watch any channel in the Path of Exile 2 Directory with drops enabled for 15 minutes between April 13, 2025 to April 16, 2025 at 12 PM PDT. This attachment can be found and equipped from your microtransactions list as soon as you've claimed it from your Twitch inventory.

Honor Guard Summon Roa Effect

The Honor Guard Summon Roa Effect is obtained alongside Hunter's Trophy, so it also requires you to watch any channel in the Path of Exile 2 Directory with drops enabled for 15 minutes starting April 13, 2025 12 PM PDT to April 16, 2025 11:59 AM PDT.

1. Log In or Create a Twitch Account

The first thing you need is to have a Twitch account to get any of the Twitch Drops. You can log in or create an account with the button below.

2. Link Your Path of Exile Account to Your Twitch Account

Visit the Official Path of Exile Website, log in to your account, then click the Manage Account option found below your avatar on the right.

Under Manage Accounts, scroll down, and you should see a tab for Social Connections where your Twitch account can be linked.

3. Watch Any Official Livestream on April 4 at 12 PM PDT

Tune into GGG's livestream or any channel in the Path of Exile 2 Directory with drops enabled on April 4, 2025 at 12 PM PDT for 3 hours to get the Azmeri Noble Deer. For the Hunter's Trophy back attachment and Honor Guard Roa mount, you can watch a stream for 3 hours on April 13, 2025.

4. View Your Twitch Inventory to Check Progress

To make sure you're making progress on the rewards, you can open the Drops and Rewards page on Twitch while you're logged in to your account. From there, click on the Inventory tab and check the progress bar for each reward available.

5. Click on Your Twitch Inventory to Claim Drops

After watching the stream, you will receive a notification at the top of the page. Click the chest icon on the top-right corner to access the Twitch Inventory screen and claim the rewards from there.

Note that the promotional period for the Azmeri Noble Deer ends on April 13, 2025 at 5 AM PDT, while the period for Hunter's Trophy and the Honor Guard Roa mount ends on April 19, 2025 at 5 AM PDT.

6. Claim Rewards from Official Path of Exile Site

Once you've claimed the rewards on Twitch, head on over to the Path of Exile website and log in to your account. Open your profile and click on the View Rewards button in the Twitch section at the bottom to claim rewards there.

7. Open the Microtransactions Shop In-Game

Next, log into the game and open the Microtransactions shop. From there, you'll be able to claim your rewards and use them in-game.
