The Fracturing Orb is a new Currency Item added in Dawn of the Hunt. When used, it locks a random modifier, making that modifier permanent and unalterable by any means.

Lesser and Greater Runes are introduced as new tiers, expanding upon the regular Runes already present in the game. According to the developers, new tiers have been added as the regular Runes get outscaled in the Endgame.

Talismans are new socketable, similar to Runes and Soul Cores, but can only be inserted into specific types of equipment.
They are dropped by completing Azmerian Wisp challenges, which are found in both the Campaign and Endgame.
