How to Get Waystone (Tier 8)
Can be Bought from Doryani
If you want extra Tier 8 Waystones, you can buy some from Doryani. Doryani will have 10 Waystones up for sale, most being the highest tier you have finished and some being the tier below it.
Guaranteed Drop from Map's Last Boss or Rare Monster
Upon defeating the last notable encounter of a map whether it be a Boss or Rare Monster, a Tier 8 Waystone will be a guaranteed drop. However, there is also a chance that a Waystone of the next higher tier will replace that drop.
Dropped by Enemies During the Endgame
Tier 8 Waystones have a chance to drop randomly while defeating enemies you encounter during the Endgame. These items have a chance to drop while clearing maps in the Atlas of Worlds.

Purchase from the Trade Market

Waystone (Tier 8) is used by inserting it in Portals found in the Map Device. This activates and modifies the Portals and allows traversal into the area.
