Waystone (Tier 1) can be obtained as a reward from Doryani after completing the designated tier of The Cataclysm's Wake quest 10 times. It can also be bought in Doryani's shop.

Waystone (Tier 1) has a chance to drop randomly while defeating enemies you encounter during the Endgame. These items have a chance to drop while clearing maps in the Atlas of Worlds.
