How to Get Uncut Support Gem

Dropped by Enemies

Support Gem How to Get
1 Start getting as early as Act 1 on Normal.
2 Start getting once you reach Act 3 on Normal.
3 Starts dropping upon reaching Act 3 in Cruel mode.

Uncut Support Gems are randomly dropped when defeating enemies. Higher level Uncut Support Gems are dropped as you progress through the campaign and achieve higher levels.

The table above shows which Act, on either normal or cruel, will specific levels of uncut support gems start dropping from enemies.
