How to Use Omen of Refreshment

Used for Survivability

Omen of Refreshment is used to allow your Exile to survive certain situations upon reaching Low Health by recovering your resources to full.

To use Omen of Refreshment, right click on it while it is in the inventory to activate it. The Omen of Refreshment should be active if it is highlighted by a red border, meaning its effects will take effect upon meeting the condition. Deactivate the item by right clicking on it again to prevent consuming the item.
