How to Get Reaver Catalyst
Obtained from Breaches
Reaver Catalyst is dropped by enemies that spawn from Breaches. Breaches are found in certain nodes in the Atlas and spawn waves of enemies around you.
Higher Drop Rate from Rare Monsters
If you encounter a Rare Monster that exclusively spawns from the Breach's enemy pool, they will have a higher chance to drop a Catalyst. With that in mind, stacking Rising Danger and Twin Threats passives from the Atlas Tree will significantly increase getting Reaver Catalyst.
Allocate Xesht's Madness Passive
While the drop chance of Reaver Catalyst may not increase upon allocating the Xesht's Madness passive, Rare Monsters will now have a 10% chance to be a full stack, which is a possible 10 Reaver Catalysts.
However, doing so will give Rare Monsters in Breach the Soul Eater modifier, increasing the event's lethality.
Use Currency Exchange
Reaver Catalyst can be obtained by visiting the Currency Exchange NPC in every Act. Currency Exchange becomes available after completing Act 3.
How to Use Reaver Catalyst
Apply on Gear and Items
Reaver Catalyst is used by applying it on different types of equipment and other items to modify its properties.
Right click this item then left click a Ring or Amulet to Apply it. The maximum quality is 20%.
Adds a Percentage of the Modifier's Base Value
Upon applying a Catalyst, the quality it provides for a Ring or Amulet will add up to a maximum of 20% of a modifier belonging to its category's base value.
For example, a 15 Strength modifier will be increased to 18 when you slot in a Catalyst since the additional 3% is the result of multiplying the 20% quality of the base modifier.
