The Ardura Caravan is an area that can be accessed from Vastiri Outskirts. You'll be led to this place if you're doing the Earning Passage main quest.

This area serves as the town for Act 2. Talk to Risu to gamble and buy an item of your choosing with a random quality and rarity, Zarka to disenchant items, Shambrin to purchase weapons and armor, and The Hooded One to refund passives or identify items. The Well can also replenish your health, life flask, and mana flask.
