It also now has “Gain 10-15% of Maximum Life as Extra Maximum Energy Shield” (previously 25-30%). Existing versions of this item can be updated to the new values with a Divine Orb.

How to Get Atziri's Disdain Gold Circlet
Random Enemy Drop Starting Act 3
This item has a chance to be obtained randomly as a drop while defeating enemies you encounter. Do note that, since the level requirement for this equipment is 33 to 45, it will only start dropping from Act 3 onwards. Do note that you have a higher chance of looting this by farming areas with the same or higher monster level than the item's level requirement.
Obtained Using the Orb of Chance
Atziri's Disdain Gold Circlet can also be obtained by using an Orb of Chance with Gold Circlet. Keep in mind that this process is not guaranteed and may destroy your item.
