How to Get Tinker's Tools

Currently Removed from the Game

Tinker's Tools is currently bugged as acknowledged by the developers in the official forums. It supposedly drops from the miners inside Mawdun Quarry, but there are reports that it doesn't drop at all.

To address this, the object has been indefinitely removed from the game and can no longer be seen on the map as a place of interest.
